In this new Serielizados Presenta session, we will explore the fascinating intersection between avant-garde gastronomy and television fiction on the occasion of Génesis, the highly anticipated series about the revolution of El Bulli.
This exclusive talk will feature an exceptional guest: Ferran Adrià himself. The revolutionary chef will converse with journalist and gastronomic essayist Marc Casanovas to reflect on the global boom of food and culinary series, addressing the always complex dialogue between fiction, reality, and the portrayal of creative genius on screen.
