Serielizados premieres 'Segunda temporada' in Spain, the new Filmin original series created by Berta Prieto and Miguel Ángel Blanca about a washed-up ghostwriter and a fading trap legend fresh out of prison.
Filmin is preparing the premiere of Segunda temporada, its new original series created by the same team behind the hit show Autodefensa (2022). This fiction project, which was part of the Serielizados Kick talent lab, reunites director Miguel Ángel Blanca and screenwriters Berta Prieto and Víctor Diago, starring Berta Prieto herself alongside rapper Adan Domínguez (OKTOBA).
The series is a Filmin Original following the struggles of Paula Ferrara, a writer and generational voice who, five years after her hit literary debut, has suffered a creative breakdown and now survives as a ghostwriter for minor influencers. Her new, desperate assignment will be writing the biography of Lil Rogelio, a declining trap icon recently released from prison who is allegedly seeking redemption.
Segunda temporada is a series by Miguel Ángel Blanca—also known for films like Magaluf Ghost Town and Quiero lo eterno—who directs and co-writes alongside Berta Prieto and Víctor Diago. Prieto also stars in the lead role, sharing the screen with rapper Adán Domínguez (Oktoba).
Segunda temporada consists of 7 30-minute episodes and is a Filmin original production co-produced with Boogaloo Films and Canada.
