Historian Ana Laura uncovers her family’s dark past as the granddaughter of a baby kidnapped during Mexico’s Dirty War. Blending fiction, archives, and testimonies, the series revisits the state’s brutal repression of dissidents between the 1950s and 1980s: kidnappings, torture, and disappearances.
As the danger grows, Ana Laura wonders whether some truths are too risky to reveal. Based on real events, Los años heridos exposes a story that has often remained beyond the reach of public awareness.
The screening of the first episode of Los años heridos is part of the new edition of Miniput, the annual showcase of quality public television, held this year within the framework of the Serielizados festival.
