‘David: story of David’

Directed by Dean Fleischer-Camp (Marcel the Shell with Shoes On) and starring the unclassifiable Nathan Fielder (The Curse, The Rehearsal), this series follows David, a dull and bland man whose routine is blown apart when a fortune teller predicts he only has five weeks left to live. From this unusual and disturbing premise, the show unfolds an unpredictable story depicting the contradictions of existence with a subtle layer of awkwardness and eccentricity.

Featuring a special appearance by Jenny Slate, the production offers a hilarious and unsettling journey that foresaw Fielder’s unique vision as one of the most creative comedy creators on the current scene.
