Serielizados and DAMA present a new session of this cycle of masterclasses in which creators analyse their own series in depth.
Serielizados returns to CASA SEAT with the cycle The Making-of by DAMA, a series of masterclasses dedicated to duos who create stories: director & scriptwriter; scriptwriter & editor; actor & director… where they tell us in privacy how they carried out specific scenes, the key moments of the shooting or what were the biggest challenges they encountered during the creative process.
These educational and intimate activities are aimed at both experienced professionals and students of the audiovisual sector. A series of meetings where creators and professionals from the audiovisual industry will talk to us about the ins and outs and the most unknown aspects of the world of series.
Inspired by the crime that took place in 2017, when a man was found burnt to death in the Foix reservoir in the province of Barcelona, El cuerpo en llamas has become one of the most watched and commented Spanish fiction series on Netflix Spain since its premiere.
Starring Úrsula Corberó and Quim Guitiérrez, the series follows the investigation of a homicide that brought to light a web of toxic relationships, deceit, sexual scandals and violence between several police officers in Barcelona.
In this new session of the Making Of DAMA, which will take place on 18 October at 18:30h at CASA SEAT, we will talk to its screenwriters, Carlos López and Edu Solà, director, Jorge Torregrossa, and executive producer for Arcadia Motion Picture, Andrea Martínez; about how they built this magnetic true crime based on one of the most mediatic crimes of recent years.
