The ABCs of salespeople: Always Be Closing. Two young men looking for a quick buck join an army of telemarketers in a series that might as well be The Wolf of Wall Street for Generation Z.
Kenneth and Jamal are two friends in their twenties who need to make money, preferably fast. So they get a job as telemarketers at New Energy, a company that sells “green” energy. New Energy is a fast-paced workplace with lots of money, parties, stiff competition and an intense brotherhood with the other telemarketers. However, there is a dark side to the company, and the rot is slowly beginning to seep out.
It turns out that their CEO, Bjarne, though charismatic, is a volatile nightmare and immediately comes between Kenneth and Jamal. Kenneth has always lacked a male role model and is fascinated by Bjarne’s big ideas. At the same time, Jamal realises that the company’s profile is not as green and competitive as they had been told.
