Serielizados Fest premieres in Spain the new Movistar Plus+ original series by Catalan creator Anna R. Costa (‘Arde Madrid’).
Fácil is a series about four women with functional diversity who want to live together in an apartment in Barceloneta. Their way of discovering their independence begins to clash against all the rules established for them, who behave as women looking for what they are in a world that has already decided what they are without counting on them. Fácil is a direct, funny, emotional series, where everyone wants to do well, but no one is clear about how to do things right. Written and directed and Anna R. Costa, together with Laura Jou, and Cristina Pons.
The series stars Natalia de Molina (winner of two Goya awards for Vivir es fácil con los ojos cerrados and Techo y comida), Anna Castillo (winner of a Goya for El Olivo) and newcomers in television fiction Anna Marchessi and comedian and theater actress Coria Castillo. The cast is completed with Bruna Cusí, Martí Cordero, Eloi Costa, Cesca Piñón, Clara Segura, Ágata Roca, David Bagés and Albert Pla, among others.
In Costa’s words: “What drove me to make Fácil is the challenge of giving a voice to people who, for whatever reason, have a different life than most of us. The four main characters are diagnosed with intellectual disabilities. That means leading a life without choice, others will decide for them their daily lives, their learning, where they will live, who they can be with… and by extension, who they want to be, their desires, their ability to love and have sex“.
The filmmaker and playwright was co-director, screenwriter and producer of the series Arde Madrid (2018, Movistar Plus+) and has also been screenwriter of the feature films Bajo el mismo techo and Embarazados.

After the premiere, the creative team of the series and part of its cast will offer a colloquium.
