Even Elstad is a fading rock star who once toured the world and now has to settle for playing on smaller stages. His life takes a turn when his teenage daughter’s mother dies in a tragic car accident.
Even, who left his hometown, Eidsvoll, many years ago to focus on himself and his music career, is forced to return to the place he fled from and never thought he would come back to, in order to take care of his daughter, whom he hasn’t seen in many years. Driven by her desire to keep her distance from her father, the girl hides her remarkable musical talent until she befriends a newcomer to the town.
