Javier Calvo and Javier Ambrossi, two of the most relevant creators of the current audiovisual scene will offer a masterclass where they will talk about their latest project ‘La Mesías’.
After such notorious successes as La Llamada, Paquita Salas and Veneno, and after a three-year hiatus, Javier Ambrossi and Javier Calvo return with La Mesías, their most ambitious and complex project to date.
“Our life in the last few months has been for and because of La Mesías. We had never faced a project of these dimensions. A madness that has been possible thanks to working with an absolutely dedicated team, in front of and behind the cameras. We couldn’t be more grateful,” they commented.

Now, with the premiere dates confirmed, and their new series ready to appear our screens, Javier Calvo and Javier Ambrossi will offer a masterclass at the Blanquerna faculty, within the framework of Serielizados Kick,, to talk about the creative process and the ins and outs of the project.

The series is about how the viral video of a Christian pop music group composed of several sisters impacts the life of Enric, a man tormented by a childhood marked by religious fanaticism and a mother with messianic delusions.
Starring Roger Casamajor, Macarena García, Lola Dueñas, Carmen Machi, Ana Rujas, Albert Pla, Amaia, Biel Rossell and Cecilia Roth, among many other well-known names, this family thriller is about overcoming trauma, faith as a tool to fill the void and art as the only escape from terror.
