Under the title ‘See You in Another Life: How to Embody a Real Character in Fiction,’ the creators of one of the breakout series of the year and its lead actor will discuss their script, production, and realization process in a masterclass that features the collaboration of DAMA and is moderated by Marian Sánchez-Carniglia.
The Disney+ series See You in Another Life, about the Asturian plot of the terrorist attacks in Madrid on March 11, 2004, has been one of the breakout titles of the year. Its creators, Jorge Sánchez-Cabezudo and Alberto Sánchez-Cabezudo, and its lead actor, Pol López, will discuss the adaptation, script, production, and realization process of the series in this masterclass, which features DAMA’s collaboration and will be moderated by Marian Sánchez-Carniglia.
The session is part of the activities of Serielizados PRO. See You in Another Life is a drama with thriller elements based on the book Nos vemos en esta vida o en la otra by Manuel Jabois. The series examines the figures of Gabriel Montoya Vidal, alias Baby, one of those sentenced for transporting explosives from Asturias to Madrid, and Emilio Trashorras, one of the major players in the plot. In addition to Pol López, the series features Roberto Gutiérrez, Quim Àvila, and Tamara Casellas.
