 <\/p>\n

As part of the festival’s 13th edition, this session reaffirms its commitment to boosting content creation in Catalan<\/strong>, acting as a showcase and launching pad for new creators. <\/span>In this exclusive session, the best selected proposals in short format will be screened, ranging from fiction to documentary, in both vertical and horizontal formats.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The session will also feature the presence of their authors and will compete for the EVA Award <\/strong>and the Young Jury Award – AVisual<\/strong> PRO<\/strong>, which will be presented later at the Zoom Awards Gala of Igualada<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

BARNA RUPESTRE<\/i><\/b><\/span> by Luc\u00eda Mercader, Sara Guix\u00e9<\/b><\/p>\n

Humanity emerged from caves. For now, we’ve only made it as far as the bar. Barna Rupestre travels through the city’s night to witness what we want to leave behind for posterity.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Barcelona posa\u2019t guapa <\/i><\/b><\/span>by Joan P\u00e0mies Llu\u00eds, Nicol\u00e1s Auger<\/b><\/p>\n

To combat the city’s rising anti-tourism sentiment, Barcelona City Council commissions two local documentary makers to create a pro-tourism campaign, but they might not be the best people for the job.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Neocurros<\/i><\/b><\/span> by Pep Molina<\/b><\/p>\n

‘Neocurros’ are jobs so eclectic and innovative that not even the ‘neoworkers’ themselves fully understand the point of what they do. In the microseries, employees of NEOCURRASSA show the reality of their trades while trying to justify the point of working on absurd and useless tasks. In the presented pilot, we meet Emili, who works as a ‘street tester’: lying down on uncomfortable street furniture.<\/span><\/i>[\/vc_column_text][vc_message message_box_style=”solid” style=”square” message_box_color=”orange” css=””]Approximate duration: 60 minutes.
