Unable to cope with his existential anguish and the suffering he causes himself and others, he has spent years spiraling into a <strong>self-destructive addiction to alcohol, drugs, and sex<\/strong>. At his darkest moment, he makes the decision to seek professional help, driven by a desperate instinct for survival. Unknowingly, that decision will change his life, transforming him into a new person.<\/p>\n<p>Based on the <strong>autobiographical novel of the same name by Javier Giner<\/strong>, the series is created by him along with <strong>Aitor Gabilondo<\/strong> (<i>Patria<\/i>). Giner also directs the series with <strong>Elena Trap\u00e9<\/strong> (<i>Las distancias<\/i>, <i>Els encantats<\/i>, <i>Celeste<\/i>).
